We’re always looking for great spaces where we can hold our events. It’s nice to change locations and experience new spaces / collaborators for the event, so we’d love to hear from you!

Here’s what we need:

  • Room for 30 – 35 attendees overall
  • A space where we can give presentations to the group (with a projector)
  • Room for 6-7 groups to spread out and work
  • Blank walls, whiteboards, or flipcharts for posting ideas

Here’s what’s nice to have:

  • Access to and use of a printer
  • Materials / supplies like sticky notes, markers and dot stickers

Our location providers also often sponsor the event. We usually invite between 20 and 30 people to each Jam, and we like to be able to offer breakfast and (optionally) lunch. Most important are the beers at the end of the night! We find that this usually ends up costing 3-400 Euro.

In exchange for your hosting, we’ll show off your logo on the website, display your logo in the start-of-day presentation and of course give you a big thank-you!
